MlabPASS provides students in grades 6 – 8 in Pittsburgh a year of afterschool visits and special events at MuseumLab’s state-of-the-art facilities for cutting-edge experiences in art, making and tech.
MuseumLab educators and mentors, many who are working artists and performers, offer an enriching, creative and safe place for your child to explore.
Experiences include:
$95 per year

Tuesdays & Thursdays
3:30 – 5:30 pm
In-depth workshops focusing on one art or making subject such as fiber arts, metalworking or photography
Workshops concentrate on one subject for a six-week period.
Fridays
3:30 – 5:30 pm
Open Studio allows you to explore your own hands-on creative experiences in a relaxed setting.
Youth Nights are festive art and making events for a large number of youth offered four times a year.
Schedule changes will be communicated to Pass holders as necessary. We follow Pittsburgh Public School’s weather closures.
Every youth participant and a parent or guardian must attend one orientation session before they can activate their mlabPASS.
