F.I.N.E. Artist Program: Beadwork

Join our F.I.N.E. Artist in Residence Kathryn Shriver as they lead visitors through creating a collaborative beaded artwork. Visitors will have a chance to practice various beading stitches as taught by the artist. This is a drop-in style workshop in MAKESHOP.
Kathryn is a visual artist who works in a variety of media to explore perceptions of artistry and self-expression including sculpture, drawing and metalwork, with a particular focus on glass bead weaving methods. Her work has been shown across the U.S. and Canada, and she has completed several artist residencies. Kathryn currently teaches with ProjectArt and is preparing for her first exhibition in Pittsburgh at (___) (Blankspace) in June 2025.
