F.I.N.E. Artist Program: Mixed Media Collages

Join our F.I.N.E. Artist in Residence Sasha Jin Schwartz as she leads visitors through creating their own mixed media collages with photographs and found objects during a drop-in style workshop.
Sasha is a freelance theater scenic designer and artist inspired by family and how spaces tell stories. Her design work has been seen locally at City Theatre Company, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Pittsburgh Playhouse, and Kelly Strayhorn Theater. In addition to the Children’s Museum, her art has been featured at Brew House Arts, Jaded PGH and You Are Here Gallery. Reused materials and found objects are particularly valuable to her and she is also a proud teaching artist with Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse.
This event takes place in MuseumLab next door to the Children’s Museum and is included with admission.
