Sensory Friendly Morning at MuseumLab

November 16 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Three sets of hands work together to stamp shapes out of metal.

Youth and families with autism spectrum disorders and sensory sensitivities are invited to join us for a free sensory-friendly morning at MuseumLab!

Explore interactive Museum exhibits before they open to the general public and try out hands-on activities designed with neurodivergent learners in mind. Designated Quiet Areas offer spaces to take a break. Sensory Kits with noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, an assortment of fidgets, and other items are available.

Please contact accessibility@pittsburghkids.org for more information.

This program is supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation (DRL 2313850).
