MuseumLab workshops are held on Saturdays and Sundays, following an alternating schedule, at the following times:

Grades 6 – 8
Alternating Saturdays
10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Grades 9 – 11
Alternating Sundays
10:30 am – 12:30 pm

  • $8 for Children’s Museum members
  • $10 for non-members

All materials and safety equipment is included.  Space is limited.  Museum admission is not included.

Graphic Novels
Increase your drawing skills and learn more about visual storytelling as you collaborate with others to create a small fanzine.

Making Knitting Needles and Knitting
Create your own wooden knitting needles, then dive into the basics of how to knit. Go home with resources and materials to continue your knitting journey.

Take something old – like a finished painting – and use it to create your own unique artwork.

Screen Printing
Create your own design to print on a tote bag or other item as you learn about the screen printing process.

Tote bags will be provided; you are welcome to bring other items to print on.
