Celebrate Pride on the Northside!
The 50th celebration of Pittsburgh Pride parade will march past the Children’s Museum, ending with a festival in nearby Allegheny Commons Park. Continue the festivities with hands-on activities inside the museum celebrating LGBTQ+ community and families.
Outside from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm:
- Create your own rainbow ribbon dancer in the garden
Inside all day:
- Contribute to a large-scale collaborative artwork inspired by Keith Haring in the Studio
- Design your own flags and pins
- Express yourself with self-portraits and zines
